Why SecuLock?

null

The Big Picture

87% citizens would be suffering from serious diseases like cancer by the year 2025 if adulteration of milk and milk products is not checked immediately.
null

The Reality

Most of the adulteration happens during milk transportation from MCC to Milk Processing Plant because of the inferior existing mechanical lock seals and GSM-based locks.

The Problem

  • Mechanical Locks
    • Prone to the problem of duplication of keys
    • Hard to identify the culprit in case of misuse of keys due to multiple physical exchanges
  • GSM-Based Locks
    • Can be easily tampered by cutting the rods, hinges, and other components
    • Can’t detect if the lock was not activated during dispatch of tankers
null

The Solution

Tamper-proof Smart E-Lock solution with OTP-enabled locks, physically inaccessible components, and sensor-based assembly.

What Benefits Do We Offer

Tamper-Proof Lock

  • SecuLock and all its components are not physically accessible and thus, can’t be tampered

Detection Of Lock Activation

  • Light sensors are installed to detect if lock was activated during dispatch of vehicle

Central Management Of Officers

  • Management of officers can be happen centrally through password authenticated web login
  • All operation happen through OTP enabled login, thus only designated officer can access the lock,
  • In case of misuse, all logs are available at the server and accessible instantly for audit and investigation. Logs include where the lock is opened, time stamp of lock opening activity, login from which access was made, IMEI No of mobile phone used for accessing the lock etc

How Does The SecuLock Operate?

Online Mode

  • If hardware is configured in the online mode, the hardware verifies the command received from server through GPRS communication & operates the lock only if verification is successful
  • The device also logs this request & its verification status to the server along with the details of mobile phone used for operation, GPS coordinates of the device where the operation took place, and time stamp of operation

Offline Mode

  • If hardware is configured in offline mode, the hardware operates the lock without verification from server
  • Device also logs this request to the server along with the details of mobile phone used for operation, GPS coordinates of the device where the operation took place, and time stamp of operation
  • If the network is not present during the operation, the device stores the data locally and sends it to server when network is available
  • In this case, although the request is processed, but the details of the operation are logged onto the server and can be used afterwards for verification
  • Application: Where network is weak or there is internet blockage because of some government orders or other reasons

Emergency Mode

  • If the command received from the app to the hardware is in emergency mode, then hardware will check OTP received from the app with the OTP locally stored inside the hardware
  • Device operates the lock only if OTP matches
  • Device also logs this request and its verification status to the server along with the details of mobile phone used for operation, GPS coordinates of the device where the operation took place, and time stamp of operation
  • If the network is not present during operation, the device stores the data locally and sends it to server when network is available
